These custom sticker labels are perfect for party favors, business branding, product packaging, cake boxes, and special events. They provide a clean, professional way to personalize your items while making your products and celebrations stand out.
Each sheet is customized based on your selected size, shape, and material. All layouts are created with proper bleed and spacing to ensure clean, professional cutting and consistent, high-quality results.
Sticker labels are printed on an 8.5 x 11 sheet.
Pricing is $5.00 per sheet.
The quantity selected at checkout equals the number of sheets you are ordering.
Please note: The Epic Event Prints logo shown in promotional images will not appear on the final product.
Ordering Multiple Sheets
If you need more than one sheet, please adjust the quantity at checkout. The quantity selected equals the number of sheets you are ordering.
Example: Selecting a quantity of 3 means you will receive 3 sheets.
IMPORTANT ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS
After payment is made, please email all required information, photos, and design files to sales@epiceventprint.com.
Please include your order number and the following information:
• Completed design file for Design Ready orders
• Logo, photos, or images, if applicable
• Text for the labels
• Color preferences for Design Needed orders
• Selected label size and shape
• Quantity or total number of stickers needed
• Any additional order instructions
Your order will NOT begin until payment and all required information have been received.

Sticker Material Options
• Regular Sticker Paper: Standard adhesive paper best for indoor use, party favors, and general labeling
• Matte Finish: Smooth, non-shiny surface with a clean and modern appearance. It is also suitable for writing.
• Glossy Finish: Shiny finish that enhances colors and images, making it ideal for branding and product labels
• Weatherproof: Water-resistant material suitable for light moisture exposure, such as bottles and packaging
• Printable Vinyl: Premium, durable material with strong adhesion and increased resistance to water, wear, and handling
For the best durability and long-lasting labels, printable vinyl is recommended.
What’s Included
Each order includes custom sticker sheets based on your selected size, shape, material, and quantity. Each sheet is arranged according to the selected size while maintaining proper bleed, spacing, and professional cutting standards.
Sizing Information
The quantities listed below are the guaranteed number of stickers included on each sheet.
Sticker quantities are based on the final finished sticker size, including any border or offset added around the design.
For example, if a 3-inch design has an added border that increases the finished sticker size beyond 3 inches, the quantity per sheet may change.
Quantities for custom sizes, rectangles, and other shapes may vary based on the final dimensions and layout.

Design Options
• Design Ready: Email your completed design after placing your order. There is no additional design fee for completed, print-ready designs.
• Design Needed: Request a custom design to be created. A one-time design fee applies.
If you need a custom design, please add the “Custom Sticker Design Fee” to your cart along with your sticker order so we can begin creating your design.
The design fee includes up to 1 free revision. The final design will be sent for approval before printing. Additional revisions may require an additional fee.
Turnaround Time
Production time is 5 to 7 business days.
• A design draft will be sent within 2 to 3 business days for Design Needed orders
• Up to 1 free revision is included
• Production begins once the design is approved
Designs cannot be changed after final approval. Epic Event Prints is not responsible for spelling errors or typos after the final design has been approved.
